What each plan includes, which limit you are most likely to hit first, and how to decide when to upgrade.
Your plan belongs to the team and applies to every project inside it.

Pricing is billed monthly or annually, with a discount for annual. Prices are set independently per market rather than converted from a single currency — check the pricing page for the amount in yours.
What the limits mean
Events
Every page view, ecommerce event and custom event the script sends. This is the limit that scales with traffic, and the one most sites hit first.
A rough guide: one visitor browsing five pages is five events. Add ecommerce events and it climbs from there.
Orders
Completed orders posted through the Orders API. This scales with sales rather than traffic, so it usually grows more slowly than events.
Test orders count. Delete them once you have finished verifying your setup.
Projects
One business per project. If you run several stores or brands, count them before choosing a plan.
Members
People with access to the team. The Free plan is single-user, so you need at least Pro to work with anyone else.
Dashboard presets
Saved dashboard layouts. One is enough if everyone looks at the same view; separate presets per person or per purpose need a higher plan.
API rate limits
The API allowance is per minute. The Analytics API is metered separately and much more tightly — per second — and is not available on Free at all.
Clakta AI
A monthly budget for AI features, shown in the app as a percentage consumed. One credit is one US cent of underlying usage.
Data retention
How long events and analytics stay queryable in dashboards and reports. See Data retention.
Watching your usage
Team settings → Usage charts events, orders and AI consumption over time, broken down by project, with the date your allowance resets. You can export it as CSV.
Check it before you hit a limit, not after.
When to upgrade
- Approaching the event cap mid-month. Traffic growth is the usual trigger.
- You need a second project. Free allows one.
- Someone else needs access. Free is single-user.
- You need history beyond 30 days. Free retention is short; year-on-year comparison needs Pro or higher.
- Your integration is being rate limited. 60 requests/min is fine for order posting, tight for anything batch.
Changing plans keeps all your data and configuration. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
Downgrading lowers your retention limit, and data older than the new limit becomes unavailable. Export anything you need first.
